We booked the elite 4 bedroom apartment, as there was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids each needing space to wind down, originally we were allocated an apartment with only three bedrooms, after letting them know they fixed quite quickly and we were in the correct place by that afternoon, the second location was great, communication was good throughout, Two main issues were it seemed like absolutely no noise was tolerated past 9:30pm, which as a tourist stay doesn’t make a lot of sense, on the first day we had the neighbours from down stairs come with a note saying please limit noise, a couple of nights later, we came straight back from Disney firework show and only showered before bed and got a message the next morning querying the amount of people staying and that the police would come to verify, They organised daily cleans which was nice, I would say though the overall cleanliness was lacking, with bathrooms not quite up to scratch and kitchen also, We were on the 23rd floor, there was also 2 windows which did not have their safely locks attached correctly, which with small children was not ideal. Overall we were happy with the stay however we may look to book two adjoining hotel rooms next time to avoid the hassles and enjoy a cleaner space.

the original room that was booked was supposed to be 5 beds, however, they only provide us with four beds instead because apparently the five beds property was under construction. I thought that this was poorly handled because they only gave us a 10% discount when it should’ve been a 20% or higher discount, and i kept letting the host know that we booked a 5 bed accomodation, so it didn’t make sense that we only get a 4 bed accomodation. overall the property was really nice, but this hiccup resulted in some frustration.

Entrance, elevator, hallway very run down and dirty.. The unit was not the right unit and looked nothing like what we booked on Expedia. We felt completely misled. They did give us 20% off after realized and admitted they gave us the wrong unit. Very disappointed. This unit was very old and run down, dirty windows, broken shower - they replaced the next day.

繁華街にも近く、非常に便利な場所でした。キッチンはありましたが食器はなく、調理するなら使い捨ての食器を持って行くか近くのスーパーで買う必要があります。朝食であれば、近くの露店街で安く食べられます。コンビニも近いです。
