"シャワーが水しか出ない、部屋にドライヤーも置いていない、タオルは臭い。 シャワーはフロントに頼んで直してもらったが謝罪は一切なし。 壁が薄すぎて周りの音がうるさくて夜は眠れません。 深夜からの登山のために利用しましたが、もし利用するなら耳栓は必須です。 ここに泊まるくらいならそれハットンの静かなホテルに泊まって深夜からタクシー移動してくる方が10倍マシです。 ちなみに1階のレストランの提供は鬼のように遅いです。味は普通。"

"This was a fantastic place to unwind. A vast array of activities in the surrounding nature or a SriLankan cooking lesson which we found was amazingly interesting and tasty!!! A truly luxurious boutique hotel with wonderful staff. The roads in are interesting and we were glad of the SUV we had hired. Over 4 hour drive from Colombo which was indeed stunning. "Beautiful property with wonderful staff and best food we had on the island. Loved the excursions and hikes on offer. Special mention to the organic farm they have, we enjoyed a tour and all our meals sourced ingredients from right on site. Location was close enough to Kandy for sightseeing but much nicer to be away from the city and surrounding by nature and the mountain view. Especially from the spa pool!! Highly recommend"

"It is my second stay at Galavilla. I love this place so much. I was happy that the hotel is well developt. I feel as a home. The morning view form the room is realy breathtaking. The hotel is open around 5 years but still everythings is as new.I never see it in another hotels in Sri Lanka. I can recomend everyone who like nature and relax."
