"The a/c in the hotel when we arrived in the lobby was poor and it was the same when we got into our room. No matter how low we set the temp or fan speed of the A/C, it does nothing. The room cleanliness was poor e.g. sink stopper was rusty, shower glass had water/soap scum marks and the seals are clearly worn and old, the toilet seat is old and had some old stained that can't be cleaned off.
