"Staff were amazing. Particularly Chris at the front desk and Josh at the valet. The view was awe inspiring. Getting to watch the sunset over Boston was delightful. Perfect for a night before an early morning flight. However. I do expect more from a Hyatt Regency at that price point. The amenities in the bathroom were bare minimum. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. No room service. The bed had no mattress protector. It was just an old worn looking blanket on top of the mattress under a loose sheet. The room was very clean and lovely but it was more motel like than I expected. If it had been half the price I wouldn’t take issue."
