"Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of offerings. We didn’t use the pool, but it seemed that many other guests were taking advantage of it. The hotel seemed to be almost to capacity yet we never waited in line and a free parking space was found nearby. Good value for the money!"

"The staff was amazing from the time we checked in late to the moment we checked out. After letting the nighttime front desk attendant of an issue with our room, we were accommodated and moved to an upgraded suite. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were all clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the museum and art features throughout! I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for unique accommodations on their visit to the city!"

"Checked in after midnight. That was quick and pleasant. The complimentary snack table had food all over it. Our room had dust balls the size of a quarter on the floor by the air vent and still coming out and dust over most of the room. That will definitely cause allergies to flair. Other than those 2 things, all was good."
