"I was in town because I had someone in the ICU at Cleveland Clinic. They were booked out for one day so I originally only booked 2 days. They found out about my situation and made room for me on their booked day and gave me a discount rate so I could afford to stay longer. They are an amazing team "

"The room was dirty and in need of major repairs. The floor had mud on it when we walked in, the tub had yellow stains that showed it needed to be cleaned, the beds had stains on them. We were given two towels for three people. When we asked for more, they didn’t have any. What hotel doesn’t have enough towels? We were told that the room would be cleaned our second morning and it was never touched. I will not stay here ever again. "
