mostly guest are chines tour group, counter receptions speak chines only, much difficult to find who speaks english.
room cleaning is poor, almost all night talking loudly, open the room door people in and out.
not for us to stay that ambassador hotel yet.
very disappointed, why hotels.com company doesn't research more carefully to recommend for your client.
