Stayed there for a whole week. Rooms clean and comfortable, the lounge floor was worth its extra money, the bar people very nice - one suggestion I have - waiting for every cocktail 20 minutes is too long ! Check in and out easy and fast - lift situation very complicated going first to 33 rd floor every time you wanna go up or down generally good staff.

Good hotel and has a nice shopping mall next to it

The room is very good. TV is huge. The toilet has both bath top and rain forecast shower. Service is good too. Staff is very polite.

I had other 5-stor hotel options in Shanzhen but I stick to Grand Hyatt for its amazing spa setting and its convenient location. I love it’s connected to a giant mall so I can just walk over for great dining options. It’s high end and quiet, though it is probably less grand than the other new 5-star hotels around. I highly recommend this place and will def stay here again and again- and you must see the spa and be wowed.

Ok. Second stay here. Big hotel. Love the bar on 38th floor Breakfast. Best in shenzhen. Location excellent. Staff excellent. My only frustration is the bizarre lift configuration. Like 3 separate lifts you need to take in some cases. Hotel designed this way so cannot fix. The air con doesn’t cope with the heat. Even at lowest point it cannot coo effectively. Two other business companions said the same thing. I would stay here again because of the positives outweigh the negatives.

This hotel is located in Luohu, the older part of SZ. But the location is fantastic as the hotel is just next to the malls and there are plenty of dining options. The room is spacious but abit dated. Upon check in, we found that the day curtains were torn with two holes which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Had informed front desk during check out.

The Italian restaurant La Terrazza has changed its menu. It is not as good as before. I had Calamari, and it looked and tasted like it came from Costco, or a frozen bag from a supermarket.The colour was brown, not a light colour as it should be. Also, I paid a lot for fish and received very little in return as I was still hungry. The atmosphere is good. Staff are great too, but the food, not so much. The location is great. Stella beer is on tap!!!
