等了一個多月，終於退款給我，所以來補上不含情緒的真實評論。酒店整體設施算行，但是清潔度比較差一些，房間走廊常常有霉味，好在床鋪算整潔乾爽。附近吃的選擇比較少，大部分都是尋常小店，好在一樓後方有便利店，可以稍稍補充不足。

不老實多扣我房費又不退款

爛透了，我7/4~7/5住宿此飯店一晚，7/5早上退房付現金結清，結果7/9當天(我都已經退房走人)，莫名其妙被這酒店線上刷卡扣一晚房費，經由HOTELS.COM客服詢問後，說會再7月底退款給我，到現在8月中了，都還沒有退款下落，HOTELS.COM客服也只會回我：酒店說7月底已退費，一樣爛透了

1、不知道評價這麼高哪來的，很生氣的經驗，門口服務員不知道來幹嘛的，看一個女生搬這麼大行李也不會過來幫忙，明明有看到還裝沒事，氣死我了。 2、打掃的不是很乾淨，頭髮都還有看到。 3、唯一覺得不錯的是房間裡面格局還行。 4、健身房是我看過最小最擁擠的了 5、位置偏遠

ホテルはとても良い対応でしたが・・・

ホテルは清潔でサービスもよく文句ありません。 一般のタクシーはホテルでは呼んでもらえませんがタクシーを頼むと契約した車を 配車してくれます。我々の場合、『高飞』という車でした。 ホテルから深セン空港に行くのに使用しましたが、フロントでは高速代などすべて込みで 300元の定額という説明だったのに降車時に320元請求されました。運転手に英語は通用 しないので支払いました。些細なことですが気になりました。乗車前にも価格を確認する ことをお勧めします。

Was only in Shenzhen for a week on business. Romanjoy is relatively far from the downtown core but close to the factory I was visiting, so convenient. Clean and comfortable. Most staff seemed to know only a relatively limited amount of English but was enough to get by. Taxis from the hotel were exorbitantly expensive but think this is probably the case with most hotels in the area.
