"This property is historic, beautiful and well-maintained. When I stay in hotels of this type, my expectation is above-average service, and amenities. The rooms delivered by being spacious and modern with the ultra-plush beds (extremely soft, little back support) and a large walk-in shower. Housekeeping for those staying more than a day or so is not until the late afternoon. We normally left early morning and got back mid-afternoon, so our room was never cleaned. Management had no remedy to room...

"1st of all when we checked in, the clerk was not at the counter, was sitting in the dark corner eating, with a friend, was nice, everyone needs to eat.
