"Our room was utilitarian but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated being able to choose two sets of bunks, as that easily accommodated our family of four. Plus, we had a nice view of the park! The location was great—easy walk to Shibuya Station, Shibuya Center, Shibuya Sky, Drunkard's Alley (must visit), etc. Walk a little longer in the other direction to Takeshita Street. It was nice to have restaurants and shops directly in the park building. Wish the coffee shop downstairs opened a tad earlier. Waiting until 8:00 when you're awake at 4:00 with jet lag is a drag!"

"Even with the abundance of travellers checking in at the same time, they had tons of bilingual staff at the ready to help. The rooms are the same at every APA hotel I have stayed at and even though they are usually small, we had almost everything we needed."
