"The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful."

" Stayed for two days no water come out of the hot water tap all in the shower so I had no hot water told them four times nothing got done you think I want to go to discount "

"I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. "

"Stunning apartment, right on the Esplanade. Great views of the ocean and only a 10 minute walk to the centre for food, drinks etc.
Muddy’s cafe is opposite who do a fabulous breakfast. "
