"Everything was great the hotel looked new! The reason for my 4 star review is because a lady one floor beneath us complained to the front desk at 5pm that we were making too much noise. I had my family in the room with kids. I guess the lady forgot that we are all sharing the same hotel. "

"The overall experience was fantastic. I did encounter a minor issue..while checking, the attendant was trying to charge me for the room. I explained that I had already paid for the room via Expedia…I showed my receipt… and they still had to verify with management. I’m not sure exactly, but after a long drive that minor inconvenience can get annoying. Nonetheless the resolved it they were polite about it and the rest of the time went unscathed…overall 10 out 10. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. "

"The cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general is good; they just need to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially behind the toilet. On the other hand, the sound insulation of the windows isn't very good because you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby cars on the highway."

Also, the shower in the room was completely clogged; water only came out of the center of the showerhead. The reservation was for three people, and there were only two towels. It would be great to consider providing enough amenities for the number of guests."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and I felt very safe throughout my entire stay thanks to their visible security measures. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast; it was fresh, had a great variety of options, and was the perfect way to start the day. "The staff was courteous; however the accommodations were clean but woefully lacking. The walls were paper thin and I heard everything from the guests above me and on either side of my room. The grounds were noisy all night long even on week nights. I did not sleep for 3 nights in a row and I finally decided to check out 4 nights early for my health. Additionally the motel is pet friendly but there was limited space and no supplies. If you need cost effective sleep, don’t stay here. "
