Stayed one night with my husband and dog. The room was clean and staff were very friendly. It had everything we needed for a one night stay in Pinetop.

Unreal how poorly maintained this hotel is!! We stayed in Room 119. The shower did not regulate water temperature for the duration of my shower! The blow dryer had been removed from the hanger on the wall, the hanger left, but the hotel-style blow dryer stashed above the clothes hanger for use!! This place is in need of some SERIOUS maintenance and upgrades! The word QUALITY is pretty subjective at this place.

When I got In the room there was a weird smell and only had one toilet paper for 4 people and when I went to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper i feel like the lady there got mad when that’s there job also the remote control did not have batteries and also she looked mad that we had to ask for some so it wasn’t a good expirience

The room was clean and well maintained. The mattress and bedding were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Dogs are welcome. The only negative was that the air conditioning unit apparently was not working properly as the room air temperature didn’t get very cool.

This hotel was not clean at all. As soon as we opened the door the smell was bad. It smelled like the sheets had not been cleaned in a long time. The shower was dirty as well. You can also tell the floor had not been sweeped, food crumbs all around the floor. Th3 fridge was also completely dirty. Not cleaned from previous occupants. Staff was not friendly either. Would not stay here again.

Clean room but unusable hear dryer due to outlet only for razors. Ancient tv that would not accept our rocu stick. Minimal breakfast , but Darbis is a don’t miss anyway. Don’t miss the Raptor show

I understand that hotels in the area are more expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives in the area that are just as good. Breakfast was the usual continental, nothing special. BF indicated the coffee tastes like instant. Would look somewhere else next time I stay in the area
