"I had booked your hotel on 15.4.2026, more than 1 month I booked, check in from 25.5.2026 to 31.5.2026 check out(total 6 nights). Our room numbers were 1007 and 1009. We had request high floor and your advertisement mentioned had window with city view. But during the 6 nights stay, both rooms window view were cooling towers and the Chongqing Time Square signboard. Very sad that we had this type of treatment by a 5* hotel. As this is our first time stay in your hotel, 2 rooms for 6 nights but sorry to say this is also our last time stay in your hotel because your guest room's allocation did not impress me."
