"Checkout was at 11am and when asked if we can extend an hour so we can pack without rush they wanted to charge us $50 for an extra hour. When we returned to our room at 10:30 am from speaking to the frontdesk the door didn't open and the maid said that she couldn't open the door so we had to go back down again. "Overall, great experience. I read some of the negative reviews and was skeptical at first, but since I was just staying for one night, why not give it a try? I am glad I did. The staff was really friendly, rooms are a bit outdated but very clean, beds were comfortable. This property has many amenities and is only 5 mins drive from the beach, plus they have complementary beach shuttle. I would stay here again for sure!"

"Amazing hotel!! Came for the week to celebrate my 38th birthday and the celebration of our first child. From the beautiful property, pool, friendly staff, clean room and the free shuttle. This hotel has it all and would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Naples.
