"Sugar marina AVIATOR hotel is very convenient to airport. Excellent for those arriving or departing at inconvenient times.
Free shuttle to nearby beach. Cheap, tasty Thai food shops within a couple of blocks.
Great place for overnight near the airport when in transit or fighting jet-lag; used by flight crews from several airlines.
Quirky decor with strong WWII aviation theme.
Other hotels in the Sugar Marina chain are located in the nearby resort areas of Phuket City and in Ao Nang in Krabi...

We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own.
The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks...

"Haben 3 Nächte in einer Baba Suite verbracht.
Große, moderne, saubere Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Bad mit Badewanne, Regendusche und einer japanischer Toilette. TV mit Soundbar von Bose. Große Terrasse. Klimaanlage zieht nicht aufs Bett.
Sehr gutes a la carte Frühstück. Gute Cocktails an der Bar bzw. Poolbar. Essen war auch sehr gut. Preisniveau vielleicht etwas zu hoch.
Schöner, gepflegter Strand. Genügen Schatten vorhanden.
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war super...
