the hotel resort is great but don't look too closely .. great staff some don't understand what your telling them, so things don't get done . the paint work around the property is rubbish , the whole place needs decorating .. paint peeling .. the Laundry service was mixed the first time great everything ironed well , second time rubbish, waste of money , pool is cool but once in nice . you never see it being cleaned regularly .. , shame about certain parts of the gardens and grounds .. some hanging chairs not used. not enough cushions for them, shame about the abundant coffee shop outside reception , looks bad , why don't they knock it down or at least take the signage down.. run down .........and remember its a bit out of town, I liked that .. but the Hindu noise of music starting at 5am at the back of room 211, not great .. and the pipes crossing the paths by my room.. I still had a good stay .. but a wouldn't go back..

Good value for the price. I traveled solo and just needed a clean and comfortable room which is exactly what I got. The staff, service was excellent and very friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The location is a bit outside of downtown but all the rides I took were within 5-10 minutes. The property is a little bit dated. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay.

When can i move in

Arriving from phnom penn we were in need of a bit of nice and ghis place delvered. Got a free tranfer from the bus satation (bonus), the staff were consistently brilliant, room was big,clean and had pool access. Location was out of town but a cheap tuk tuk was 5 mins and yiu were at walking street. Hotel restaurant was good if you did not want venture out. Breakfast was also good. Really pleased wefound this place and would come back.

Staff was friendly and nice. Property was beautiful, rooms were big, I would rate 5 stars but had a problem they couldn’t fix. The room had a lot of humidity and mold in the bathroom, it made my asthma really bad and I had to sleep with a mask.
