This hotel has a great location and the staff especially Chamnan was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and but overall a great experience staying here. Note: you do hear the music from surrounding bars but that did not interfere with my sleep.

ロケーションとサービスについては、全く問題ありません！基本的に親切です。 また朝食も複数の種類から選べ美味しいです。 お部屋はなるべく奥をオススメします。 金曜日と土曜日の夜はパブストリートの騒音が聞こえてきます。 最後に「クレカ」を使えると言ってたのに チェックアウト時には、現金のみと言われました。 高い手数料を取られた挙句にカードキャッシング。 ここが最悪でした。。。

Not many amenities, and we did not use a swimming pool. The location, however, is excellent. Many restaurants, many things to do. Pub Street is very nearby, and the temple is about a 20 minute ride. Staff, was also very, very good. There is no restaurant, but again, there is a great restaurant right next-door.

Close to everything you need.
Lovely large rooms, very comfortable. Large showers with good pressure and hot water. Clean towels everyday. Toiletries provided. Really good breakfast choice. Only thing we found was noisy at night being close to Pub Street. I had ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. Nice swimming pool. Towels provided. Walkable to all areas - pub street, night market, shops etc

Merveilleusement bien situé, en plein coeur de la ville ! Et pourtant... Dès que vous êtes côté piscine ou même dans votre chambre, c'est très calme. L'établissement n'est pas très grand, ce qui facilite la proximité avec le personnel, toujours avenant.

A localização é muito boa, perto da pub street (somente a alguns passos). Tem uma piscina agradável, rodeada por um jardim. O restaurante está na frente do hotel e é onde é servido o café da manhã. Não é buffet, há um cardápio com diversas opções de comida e bebida à escolha. Todos os funcionários foram muito cordiais, a única coisa que nós deixou incomodados foi a insistência, quando do check in, a fecharmos determinados passeios indicados pela funcionária do hotel. Sempre que passávamos pela recepção éramos inquiridos sobre planos, como foi o dia, às vezes de modo inconveniente. Contudo, deve se tratar de uma orientação do próprio hotel e que não mudaria nossa ideia de algum retornar!

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great. Right in the middle of the popular areas. The restaurant was delicious and breakfast was great. The property was old, and the linens were stained. The mattress was terrible and the shower was hot/cold, but never a consistent temperature. The pool was pretty dingy. If you want a low hassle hotel for a few days it's a good choice.

Apsara Centrepole Hotelを予約していたが、系列のApsara Residense Hotelにまわされた。 おそらく、70%OFFなど格安で予約を受け付け、わざとオーバーブッキングさせて、ちょっと離れたResidense Hotelにまわしていると思われる。 そのため、ホテル送迎つきのツアーをチェックイン前に申し込むのは避けたほうが無難。 Residense Hotelに関しては、外廊下のホテルのため、虫が多く、部屋に入ってくる。 また、椅子に関しては、背もたれが壊れかけており、危険な状態が放置されていた。 某サイトでは、Apsara Centrepole Hotelには喫煙所があるという記載があったので、予約したが、Residense Hotelは完全禁煙らしく、喫煙には苦労した。 テレビのリモコンがベッドサイドに置いてあるが、リモコンの受信機の前にスピーカーが設置されており、操作しづらい。netflixが利用できたのが、唯一の救い。 ご飯はおいしい。

以前利用したとき、感じがよかったのでリピートしました。 スタッフがとてもフレンドリー。 客室も少ないため、スタッフがすぐに名前を覚えてくれます。 周りには安い食堂、お土産屋さん、マッサージなども多く、便利な場所です。
朝食は数種類から選びます。おかゆやパンケーキもありました。

Lovely property. My room, B7, was large and very clean. There is some street noise, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well regardless.

Average hotel,kind staff, but quite noisy at night
The staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was good, for both breakfast and dinner. It's very close to major attractions like pub streets and night market, all within the walking distances. The overall building cleanness was a bit below average but not that bad... I didn't have much expectations so there was nothing to be disappointed of. However, my mattress had a spring sprung out on the side and I scratched my leg... I thought about telling the staff about this but I was gonna check out and I didn't hurt myself seriously so what the heck. This place is an average okay hotel, but there's one super major setback. There is this crazy bar at pub street near this hotel, I think the name was Temple. This bar is just crazy and plays music all night till like 5AM with the fullest volume, and the whole hotel building was shaking super crazy all night, and the hotel staff was sorry but helpless. I didn't sleep at all that day, and I moved out to another hotel. Other than that, it was okay hotel. If you value your sleep, you might want to avoid any hotel near pub street. I had Ankor Wat tour during the daytime and it was really tough for me to be unable to sleep.

Down Town Mr. Brown! Can’t put a price on that!
It’s a great little hotel and I loved the staff, I will truly miss them, great people. Mr.Brown who provides the hotel with complimentary Tuk Tuk shuttles to and from the airport really made my time in Cambodia. He knew exactly where to take us and what we’d want to see, had dinner with him at his family home as well. I highly recommend this hotel and if not for the staff and location than for Mr. Brown. He will make your trip, just as he did ours. He’s got an eye for photography too so if you’re needing someone to take pictures he’s excited to help!

A beautiful little boutique hotel, perfect position. Loved everything about it, staff were fantastic. Absolute value for money. It can be a little loud at night but it didn't bother us we were usually so tired from being out and about in the heat we just passed out. Really loved staying here, will definitely be back ☺️

The staff here are amazing! Helped us get into our room early, booked wonderful private tours for us, and were so friendly!! The breakfast is great, lots of food! Rooms are beautiful with comfy beds. The pool is great after a long day viewing temples!

We booked a room at this hotel for 6 days but due too the noise from a disco across the road had to find alternative accommodation after 3days. The hotel did offer another room but it was totally suitable. The disco on one night stopped at 0530 hrs and another night 0330 hrs so I would not recommend this hotel if you want a good night's sleep.

The hotel is opposite a disco venue , when we were there the music on one night only stopped at 0530 hrs and another night until 0330 hrs. We initially booked into this hotel for 6 days but after 3 we had to find another hotel inorder to get some sleep. The hotel did offer an alternative room but it was totally unsuitable, I would therefore not recommend this hotel, even though the staff are good, as the noise from the disco is totally

Läget är helt perfekt mitt i stan. Men det bidrar också till att det är en del ljud in på rummet. Det gick bra för mig att sova igenom det men passar kanske inte alla. Restaurangen var väldigt långsam med maten och jag fick bara ett "sorry sorry" när jag hittade ett långt äckligt hårstrå i hamburgaren. Det var riktigt vidrigt. Besviken över att jag fick betala för maten ändå, det gick ju inte att äta upp.

滞在中も、スタッフは皆さん笑顔で感じが良かったです。最後は手を振って、送迎の車を気持ちよく送り出して下さいました。チエックアウトは12時まででしたが、スパに行ってから少しゆっくりしたいと言うと1時間の延長を快くしてくれて助かりました。お風呂がなく、シャワーだけなのを除けばほぼパーフェクトに良かったです！

Apsara Centrepole Hotel
I loved this hotel. On arrival everything explained about area with some fruit and juice. Its location is in the heart of the city near to pub street, night market and lots of restaurants. The pool was beautiful surrounded by trees, it was a small pool but very refreshing after a long day. The room was well kept and had lemongrass oil burner so the room smell was great. At breakfast you have a huge menu to choose from asian or western style in a great outdoor area. Only negative would be you can hear music in distance at night time but it wasnt loud enough to disturb me.

Très bon séjour
Hôtel très bien placé, chambres propres et spatieuses. Le personnel parle très bien anglais et a été très agréable. Visite des temples d’Angkor gèrée avec eux et tout s’est bien passé (guide francophone)
