Stayed in the top floor, outside temperature was 41C, the room was cool since the staff advised to leave the AC on. There is a small elevator for the luggage only, the pool has good water temperature, not hot not cold. 24/7 Staff is always glad to help. Laptop compatible safety box, quiet AC, comfortable bed. Location is very good, 5min walk to the loud center. Safe neighborhood around.

This nice hotel about 6 minute walk from the pub street in Angkor is serviced by helpful staff. For the first night we stayed at the much quieter back of the property and compared to the second night ( on a separate reservation) which was a lot noisier as it was street facing ( although the street was relatively quiet). The rooms were large and spacious with very comfortable beds. The cooked Breakfast was pretty decent. There were minor issues with interactions with some of the after hours staff who did not converse in English. The staff were super helpful and arranged a Tuktuk ride and a lotus Farm tour. Will definitely visit and stay here on our next trip to Angkor

The room matched the pictures. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was very close to Pub Street and the Night Market. The AC pointed toward the direction of the bed, which was nice, however other parts of the room like the sink, bathroom shower and bathroom toilet did not have AC coverage that strong. I do wish that the windows were covered to block the sunlight from heating the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I mainly interacted with the guy who worked the night shift and he was very kind. I’d stay here again if I ever visit Siem Reap in the future.

Excellent staff and service. My only hiccups were with the room maintenance. Several devices in my room were broken or functional with loud noises. The aerator in the sink was taken off. The plug in the sink had to be removed because it plugged up the sink. The bidet leaked. The shower head leaked in the center, so the water was too strong and splashed everywhere. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud probably from a bad bearing and the same could be said for the ac. These were all minor problems that did not inhibit the stay, and I still had a pleasant time.

Very quaint nice relaxing place to stay

10 min walk to busy market and Pub street. It is very safe. It may seem dark, but it was fine. Close to a wat, so you can hear the monk chanting. It's nice and soothing. Amazing staff. Very accomodating. Pick up from the airport was great. It is a smaller hotel, boutiquish, so you get to know the staff well. I can't express enough how lovely they are. The room was very large. A/C works great. Hot water. Nice tub. Breakfast was good. Simple. Western style. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Siem Reap.

I went to this hotel for check-in. But this hotel had electricity problems, so they took me another hotel that is far from downtown. Beside, my room had a lot of problems…. All towels were very dirty. Can’t lock the door. Can’t watch TV. Can’t use hair dryer…. No toilet paper…. I took pictures for them.

Was pretty disappointed with the hotel as was informed that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and hotel promised to prepare the room and also we will be given a bottle of wine , no wine was given thru out our stay. Hotel free transfer was a shock to us too as the driver were holding a small size envelope with my name written on it, we have a hard time locating the pick up arrangement. Eventually found him after a good 15min walking up and down the pick up area and was bought to a tuk tuk instead of car for airport transfer, we had a good 15 min drive on the tuk tuk under hot sun, what a great way to welcome us. Check in was smooth as there is only less than 10 room so no mistake. Room was ok , Bed was ok , pillow smelly , toilet smelly. Plus point was there is a massage shop next door , restaurant next door sell nice local / western food, walking distance to pub street about 15min where you can dine and drinks. With this kind of pricing , I would not recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel Stay

The hotel was very nice. They upgraded our room without us asking. Saron was so wonderful! Conveniently located and a 5 min walk to Pub Street and local markets. The massage spot next door is awesome. The service was great and the people are very nice. We had an evening flight and they stored our luggage but then gave us a room to use to shower so we were fresh and clean for our flight home. Would highly recommend!

Great price for great location

Good location, about 8 minutes walk away from pub street, near to Hard Rock. There’s a convenience store just opposite the hotel, a massage place next door and restaurants around the area. Attentive and friendly service from staff. Great price for the location. Quiet street. Will stay here again.

The place was amazingly convenient. Walking distance to pretty much everything needed. The staff was good but the service overall was not great. It was kept clean but we consistently had problems with breakfast and the check in was a nightmare. They overbooked us and they had to take us to 5 different places before we had a room for a couple nights and they could bring us back.

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Except its located next to the monastery and they are pritchinch on loud speakers all day long, so dont expect an afternoon nap.

The hotel was really nice and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly. They prepared us breakfast and even had a bagged breakfast waiting for us when we left for a trmple tour at 4am which we were not expecting. It is located next to a massage parlor which was clean and cheap and they were also amazing. Overall great experience. Highly recommended

When I arrived there was an issue with the original hotel room I had booked being overbooked and an issue with the swimming pool. The hotel Manager (Peter) booked me in a room at a sister hotel right across the street, and took care of the difference in price. This is just the beginning of the above and beyond outstanding treatment I experienced. Peter refunded one night stay. He treated me to a very nice dinner. My flight home was late in the day. Peter arranged for me to have access to a room (extremely late checkout!) so I had a place to shower before my flight. This was a huge favor due to high temperatures and humidity that leave you drenched if you venture out. Peter also personally gave me a ride to the airport. He and his staff are so friendly and make guests feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable about the area and are well connected to solutions for travelers. The restaurant (excellent food) and housekeeping staff and especially front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They have excellent english and other language speaking skills. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one. Hope to be back again some day.
