"Our stay was fantastic. The room was genuinely luxurious with marble fittings everywhere. The staff were brilliant and really knew what to recommend. The breakfast was good but rather crowded on the day we were there."

"The hotel was immaculate, the staff on the front desk were fantastic and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. I had chosen the hotel based on the terrace, and really wanted to have a drink watching the sunset. I emailed in advance to see if I needed to make a reservation for this, and was told no. When we went up, we were told the seats we wanted were for dining guests, and the seats we were offered were near the door without a view. We left and went elsewhere- we still had a great time, and love the city, but were disappointed nonetheless. If we'd known, we would have stayed elsewhere."

"We would first like to thank Alessandra at the front desk she was so friendly, knowledgeable, informative, friendly, she helped us soo much! The hotel is great, clean, rooms decent size , bathroom is average size , the room and bathroom clean, and the staff was so great and friendly. Great location close to everything, and well maintained. They offered underground parking $20 night, no outside parking. The breakfast was great and the staff so friendly. Great outside area for sitting and breakfast.we had a balcony with amazing views."
