We knew to expect basic but walking into this property and room was a shock we weren’t expecting! Checked in fine, then checked out again! Didn’t have the heart to explain why to reception, but we just couldn’t stay here, it wasn’t clean, although you could tell they had tried. The pool didn’t look useable, we would be worried about catching something!

The room was clean, but sheets and towels were not clean. The room was simple, but fine. The room was not cleaned during the 3 nights I stayed there. The area is not very nice and quite expensive. The beach area is nice though.

En ce qui concerne le rapport qualité prix: très bien. Il ne reste plus beaucoup d’etablissement qui offre piscine, petit déjeuner avec une chambre avec salle de bain, nettoyée à tous les jours pour ce prix à Otres 2. À profiter car avec les entreprises chinoises qui achètent tout, je ne crois pas qu’il y aura beaucoup de petits établissements pour encore plusieurs années... dommage car la plage est magnifique!

Great value

This hotel was a great value. Breakfast was included and the beds were comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the pool table. The beach is a short walk away with many restaurants nearby as well.

l'hotel est situé sur la plage d'otres, les alentours ressemblent à une décharge à ciel ouvert. En aout, les pluies rendent l'accès très difficile, il n'y a pas de route carrossable. Quand à l'hôtel lui-même,il un sentiment d'insalubrité, les draps sont sales, tâchés ou brulés de trous de cigarettes.

Inte bra

Hotellet ligger nära stranden, har hjälpsam personal och bra frukost. Men hotellet behöver verkligen en storstädning.. det var smutsigt på rummen och runt omkring. Vi sov dåligt med bara en filt som täcke. Trots hjälpsam och trevlig personal tycker vi inte att det var värt våra pengar.

This was our second stay here, the rooms are clean and a good size, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast is awesome. We really enjoyed the pool and its and easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Nice hotel and start but infrastructure of place n

Although the location is only yards from the beach it is a nightmare to reach because of 1. The dirtrack road is outrageous especially when raining 2. There is no through way to beach and hotels don't allow access so you have to walk left or right 500m to get access .on a dirty track. 3.This area needs closed down while the massive construction program is fulfilled as your living on a building site. Aside .Hotel and staff were good in the circumstances

Great place to stay close to the beach, the staff were really friendly, breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfy. A quiet are not in the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough on a tuk tuk. Pool was good.

A new and clean ground floor hotel.

A new and clean ground floor hotel with helpful staff. The pictures don't show how nice the infinity pool is. There is a pleasant covered outdoor dinning area where you can watch the pool. The staff found an adaptor for me when my three prong charger would not fit in the wall. They have a good pool table and the included breakfast is prepared quite well. The beach and area have not beggars which is a real plus. However it is a bit away from the beach party action.

Персонал доброжелательный. При заезде надо быть готовым к не очень чистому белью и полотенцам.Отель находиться далеко от всей движухи, но пляж,по мне, лучше чем остальные.

Good for kids but needs to update its description

The location on the map is incorrect and this hotel is not in the beach. There is no restaurant and there are certainly no bath robes and slippers in the room. It's annoying that the hotel describes itself inaccurately because we would probably stay here again even after our initial disappointment feeling misled via the internet. Neither did the hotel mention that they are building a new pool right outside our room, although the workers were pretty considerate and they should be finished in the next few weeks. Hammering and grinding cannot be done silently however! The staff were friendly and cleaned the room every day, regularly changed our towels and helped out where they could but were useless when we arrived in the dark and hungry and unfamiliar with where everything was. We went to bed hungry to find there was food available 100 metres away in the daylight.
