Very clean and tidy hotel with great views. Easy to get to from the bus station. Room was spacious with its own balcony. Dinner was good but breakfast could have had more options.

Ein wenig veraltet und dadurch wirkte es etwas heruntergekommen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte leider gar nicht. Viel zu teuer ( Preise wie im 5* Sterne Hotel jedoch eher 3* Sterne Kategorie) für die Qualität und das Angebot! Service beim Frühstück sowie Reinigung sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption kam es darauf an wen man dort hatte! Feedback zu bad des Zimmers wurde stillschweigend hingenommen. Toilettendeckel quietschte fürchterlich! Zimmer 204! Dusche müsste neuen Silikon bekommen. Rezeption sollte seine privaten Sachen irgendwo verstauen und nicht auf einer Ablage legen die für den Gast sichtbar ist oder zumindest ordentlich aufhängen! So sah es im Eingang leider unordentlich aus. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt! Das Restaurant leider bis Ende November geschlossen! Dies wurde aber erst nach Buchung kommuniziert, ist auch ein Punkt welches vorher klar sein muss.

Extremely helpful front desk. Greatly appreciate the helpful and friendly gesture of the front desk in making my stay comfortable. Minor things such as complimentary water bottles, help me with charging cables.. aided me greatly. Thanks to the team for their ability to fulfill customer expectations. Das Hotel Cervo Sils ist schön und ruhig gelegen mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die beiden Seen. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Betten bequem. Im OG gibt es einen schönen Aufenthaltsraum mit einer tollen Dachterrasse mit einem super Blick. Allerdings gibt es bei der Organisation room for improvement. Da mein Mann am Tag unserer Anreise einen runden Geburtstag hatte, hatte ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin des Hotels Cervo Sils in einem längeren Telefonat einige Wochen zuvor geklärt, dass wir ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen anlässlich dieses besonderen Anlasses. Sie wirkte unglaublich engagiert und motiviert. Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant zum Geburtstagsessen teilte man mir auf Anfrage mit, dass das italienische Restaurant im Haus wieder am 29.05.2025 öffnen würde. Bei der Anreise erfuhren wir, dass es jetzt erst am 26.11. öffnet. Bei der Anreise mussten wir dann feststellen, dass die Dame an der Rezeption nichts von einer Absprache bezüglich des Zimmmers wusste geschweige denn, dass es einen Piccolo oder dergleichen zum runden Geburtstag meines Mannes gegeben hätte. Das war eine schwache Leistung. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, in dem wir morgens ausgechecked haben, haben den Frühstückstisch liebevoll gedeckt und 2 Piccolos spendiert, abenso wie das Restaurant, in dem wir zu Abend gegessen haben. Die Mitarbeiterin des Hotels Cervo Sils hingegen hatte diesen Anlass komplett ignoriert, das fand ich sehr schade, zumal unserem Aufenthalt mehrere Telefonate vorausgingen.

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Was wir jedoch weniger optimal fanden, war, dass wir erst beim Check-in erfahren haben, dass das Restaurant am Abend geschlossen ist. Leider gab es auch im Ort keine alternativen Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Da wir mit dem Fahrrad angereist sind und einen langen Tag hinter uns hatten, hätten wir uns an dieser Stelle eine frühzeitige Information gewünscht.

Ein feines, charmantes Hotel im wunderschönen Sils

Unser 4-tägiger Aufenthalt im Hotel Cervo war wunderbar. Das ganze Hotel-team (Reception / Service / Reinigung) arbeitet sehr professionell, ist äusserst freundlich, hat einen guten Kundenfokus und ist auch sehr motiviert. Die Bedienung im Rest. Riccardo' s ist hervorragend und das Essen ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind sehr wohnlich, grosszügig & sehr sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hier zurück für einen nächsten Aufenthalt

The hotel itself as a 3 star hotel is sufficient. The restaurant’s food was very good, and all employees were incredibly friendly. What I would complain about, is the extremely high holiday price for an incredibly sad and cold looking room. I booked a suite, All of the furniture looked incredibly cheap. In the one room with a sofa and a desk, there was no coffee table, so I don’t even know what the purpose of the room was for. The wardrobe was small, so we basically used it to just put our suitcases in, it was pointless and such a waste of money. I just can’t get over how much money we paid for something that definitely should be at a very low price point. I felt completely ripped off, cheated because there were no other options in the area. And they get away with charging such a high amount of money.
