"Clean room, very neat and tidy. It did have a slight musty smell when we walked in the first time. Free parking was an awesome bonus as well as the breakfast in the morning."

"Stephanie checked us in and couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Exceptional Customer service she made us feel very welcome.. made suggestions for things to do in that amazing perfect town.. She brought us a bottle of wine directly to our room and recommended that we reserve the hot tub which was private for me and my wife for a half an hour.. good morning breakfast was to die for with the views.. the hotel is perfectly located and in walking distance of absolutely everything.. the most pristine amenities and a wonderful gym to work out in the morning.. which we took advantage of.. the wife and I were a little disappointed that we didn't spend more time here but if we ever make it back out onto the West Coast we will be coming back to this town of Independence.."

"Arrived and used luggage cart to get to room. Front desk friendly . Dog friendly room with linoleum and no carpet was clean and large enough. Properly was clean . Take out coffee from downstairs restaurant was ok. Restaurant staff friendly . Didn’t use pool or conference rooms ."
