Nice room, bathroom is a bit strange whereas you shower the drain is on the other side leaving the complete bathroom wet. Apart from this really nice room. Good beds, tea and coffee available to make yourself. And a swimming pool to enjoy. Mrt is a 15 min walk.

Reception staff were pretty average. The best staff member was the porter. Super helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are very small but clean. The bathroom is as others described. Tiny and once you shower, the entire bathroom is wet but it will dry overnight. It does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The MRT is not close by but there are lots of buses.

It was perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the alkaline water spout in our bathroom 😍 and the darkening shade actually made the room pitch black which is rare in a hotel, and we appreciated that so much! Also the water was hot and the pressure was great. No complaints at all from us!

The room was amazing. Definitely the best place we had stayed in Singapore. Walking distance to a shopping mall, had a bus stop right infront. The hotel itself was just fabulous. The view from our room was so beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and just a few bus stops away from little India. Quiet and peaceful. Truly had an amazing time there. Would definitely stay here again.

友人と2人で初めてのシンガポール旅行で利用しました。新しくリニューアルしたホテルの様で建物の内装や部屋の内装は綺麗でしたが、水回りスペースが衝撃的でした（トイレとシャワーの一体型はまだ許容範囲ですがそれにしても狭いのでシャワーを使えばトイレや洗面台は水浸しになります。ユニットバスのバス無しでスペースが狭い洗面所とイメージすれば少しは伝わるかもしれません）設備に関しての不満はこの程度ですが、受付スタッフなどの態度が悪く感じ、チェックインから不愉快でしたのでこの評価にしています。場所はローカルエリアになるみたいですが、24時間やっている飲食店も徒歩圏内にいくつかあるのでホテルの宿泊費のリーズナブルさを考えればその点は大満足です。

Great value and genuinely welcoming staff We had a really enjoyable stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Novena, Singapore. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. A special mention to Shawn at the door, who was incredibly welcoming and helped us with our bags and luggage storage. He was always ready with a humorous one-liner too, which really added to the warm atmosphere! The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are on the smaller side, but given the price, that’s something we were more than happy to accept. The laundry area has 2 washing machines and 2 dedicated drawers which was very convenient The location is also very convenient. It’s around a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride to Novena MRT station, where you’ll find a large mall and food court. Zhongshan Mall is less than a 10-minute walk away and also has a food court and plenty of restaurants. Overall, a great-value stay with friendly staff, a convenient location and everything you need for a visit to Singapore. We’d happily stay here again!

5/10: could be an 8 with a toolbox and an afternoon. Good value, decent location, Anytime Fitness nearby. What holds it back is a run of small, cheap-to-fix design misses. My booked (so no-surprises) windowless room felt slightly fusty. The bed sat mid-floor, blocking the desk chair, so I pushed it against the wall. No drawers, no luggage rack. Clothes hung on a rack hang over the kettle (free shirt steaming with every cup of tea) or hide the light switch, air-con panel and housekeeping signs if moved to the hooks next to the door. No air-con remote. The fridge opens inconveniently on the wall side. The desk is the worst of it. Unnecessary slope design, the power strip sits too low on the wall behind it, and an old kettle / tray base eats a third of it. My $600 Chromebook slid off onto the tiles and broke trying to shuffle items on the desk. Bathroom: one towel rack, over the toilet; a weak flush; a loose, sloping sink shelf; and a leak once the blocked drain was fixed. Pool and gym close at 9pm, too early for business travellers, and most of the gym is outdoors in the heat. My top 5 easy fixes: 1. Desk: reachable power, compact kettle, remove drawers so legs fit underneath . 2. Clothes rail beside the TV, open shelves below, plus a luggage rack. 3. Air-con remote, magnetic door signs, rehang the fridge door. 4. Towel hooks on the bathroom door; level the sink shelf. 5. Regular maintenance rounds; fix breakages the same day.
