this hotel is degrading
when I arrived for check in at 2pm, they said, my room was not ready yet and I was asked to wait at the hospitality lounge. They promised they will call when room ready. At almost 3pm, I went down to receptionist to check the room, but they said I have no reservation, and later said that my room has not yet ready, and they tried to find other room for me. For this I could not understand. If they already have rooms ready, why not assign such ready room to me, instead of having me waiting for 1 hour to be told that my reservation was gone. When check out, only one PIC was in charge in the counter and she was just rude.

Staff allowed us to get early check in after long flight. Room is clean and being tidy up in evening. Room service also available for 24 hours. Perfect staying for us. Would love to stay again in future. Oh yeah, door man at Fairmont is very friendly and funny too.

Really like this hotel! The location is excellent- linked directly to Raffles City shopping centre, which is just right at the exit of City Hall station. Facilities are good, rooms are clean, service from staff is satisfying. Nothing to criticise overall. Will definitely stay again next time visiting SG!!!

We had an excellent stay. The property was conveniently located to great dining and shopping options, as well as transportation to the bus tours. Our room had an exceptionally beautiful view of the marina and surrounding city. The workout facilities was good while the pool was adequately prepared for the avid lap swimmer, as well as the family swim. All in all too short of a time for a very comfortable stay.

Although booking was done through Expedia it wasn’t showing on Fairmont’s system hence check in took really long to sort out however staff were so efficient and friendly and upgraded our room as well as gave us free breakfast. Will definitely recommend! We stayed to view NY fireworks it was worth it!

Absolutely 10/10. Location is gold. Easy access to the metro through the connection to the mall, which is essential given the hot, rainy climate. Great stay.

Tolle, freundliche Kommunikation vorab. Bei Ankunft sofort umsorgt (Concierge erkundigte sich mehrfach, ob Koffer schon auf dem Zimmer wären, es erwartete uns ein kleiner Kuchen mit Karte…). Zimmer sauber, edel und gemütlich mit Sofa und Tisch sowie Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht. Klasse auch ein im Schrank eingebauter Wasserspender, der auf Wunsch kaltes oder heisses Wasser auf Knopfdruck lieferte. Einzig der Schrankplatz für Kleidung hätte grösser ausfsllen dürfen und auch Haken für Handtücher im Bad oder eine Handtuchheizung fehlten, aber das waren Kleinigkeiten. Lounge war den Aufpreis wert: kostenlose Softdrinks rund um die Uhr sowie Frühstück (kleine Auswahl, aber für uns völlig ausreichend und in ruhiger Atmosphäre) und eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen (asiatisch, aber auch etwas für Europäer) abends für den kleinen Hunger. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Lage als Teil von Raffles City mit MRT Station und zahlreichen (Luxus-)Shops und Restaurants top, eine weitere MRT-Station und Suntec City auch gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.

An excellent choice for thew business and holiday
From the check in, which was very professionally conducted, the overall experience was excellent. The room, the club facility and all other amenities were faultless. The hotel location is also noteworthy as it didn't take too long to get to any of our business meetings.

We were there earlier this month. Staff were all helpful! check in was done in the room so no need to wait at front desk. Train station and food court and shopping were located downstairs. Great location!

The entire Hotel structure is amazing, from Bedrooms to facilities, hotel is inside a complex with several restaurants, shopping mall and convention center. Staff is always ready to serve. Really liked one amenity: they offer guests a "comfort room" to have a shower of you arrive too early before check in, or if you check out and will fly late, you can use this room to freshen up before you go, considering the HEAT of the town, that is a great add on.

Loved our stay at the Fairmont. The room was large and spacious. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us and another family with early check in and placing our room side by side. We only stayed two nights but wished we stayed longer. Only down side is that the pools are not big enough for all the guests to comfortably enjoy as there were many people with families mixed with corporate/business guests as well.

便利でよかった
歴史あるホテル。ラッフルズシティ・モールに直結しているので、手軽なレストランにもショップにもアクセスできる。ホテル自体はすでに建具等の古さが目立ってきているが、宿泊には何も問題ない。バスタブ無しの部屋だったが、シャワーがヘッドとトップの２系統で気持ちが良い。アジアンカフェの朝食ブッフェはよかった。チェックイン時に合わせて通しの予約をすると安くなる。Gymが新しく、装備も最新で毎日利用した。シンガポールのこの地域での会議の時はまた利用したい。
