Check in process is hot or miss, took over 2 days to get a working key. Bed was super hard, and not queen sized as advertised. Decent enough location, close to PT.

Good place to stay
The overall experience is quite good. The room is clean and comfortable. The subway and lots of resteraunts are nearby and could be reached by foot. The only downside is the location is closing to street and sometimes there is noise from cars or people passing by. It might be bothersome if you have trouble in sleep but luckily I am quite easy to fall in sleep.

Great location with laundry facilities on site. Irean and Rizza and the concierge team extremely responsive to communicate with over WhatsApp. Cleanliness could be improved upon in the finer details but overall comfortable and relaxing.

Super customer service experience
This is my first time experience with Heritage Collection Hotel in Singapore and It was very pleasant and too tier experience thanks to Mary and Alosia. I am top tier level in 3 global brand hogels and two of them provide me with 1 to 1 concierge service but never experienced like what Mary and Alosia in Heritage Collection hotel provided me. I will definitely come back again when I visit city next time

Nice boutique hotel in a prime location. Self check-in and keyless entry via smartphone is a unique touch. (Make sure your phone doesn't run out of battery). Check-in process may be challenging for non tech-savvy guests but the team (Mary, Jarwin & Alosia) was diligent in making sure I understood the procedures well in advance. Room is clean with washing machines provided. Will be back again as it's convenient and close to the office.

Perfect location
I agree with the other reviews - the check-in process is excellent technology and is really cool, but has some quirks . That said, the people we interacted with on the Heritage staff were super excellent. We rented a room with a washer and dryer which do take up some precious space. If you don't need the washer/dryer, go for a room without (there are shared washing machines available anyway). There was no place to really put our luggage so we found ourselves moving it around constantly. Not a huge deal, just a little nuisance. But in the end, none of this really mattered - we had hot water, a fridge, a bed, air conditioning. And above all else, the location here is absolutely perfect. About a 3 minute walk to the MRT station and 3 minutes in the other direction to the Maxwell hawker center which is a MUST if you want good and very cheap food. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and I think the people before us had a ton of durian fruit in the fridge. The smell was...something. But as soon as we were in the room for like 30 seconds it kind of went away.

Good Stay
The room was located in a great central location: near to bus/ MRT stations + variety of food options as well! We booked the loft, which was smaller than we expected. However, the room was clean and cozy and our guest experience, Mary, was friendly and made the check-in process a smooth one. Being able to do our laundry was a plus point as well:) Overall, definitely a value-for-money stay and would consider coming back again!

The property is nice and clean. However, there are several Heritage Collection hotels in the same area, make sure your taxi driver or delivery driver gets the correct address.

The place has no receptionist but only communication by phone and keys are in a lockbox with a combination sent once you have made payments. Overall the stay has been great, the room I paid for has its own washer and dryer so it is very convenient for a long stay as you can do your own laundry. The location is the other end of Pagoda Street so if you a looking for good food at a cheap price just cross the street and walk to the other end of Pagoda Street.

1st Staycation in 2020 in Covid19 Era
We stayed at the loft unit, convenient location. Mary and Rid were friendly and helpful prior and during check in. Also the process to check in is easy and seamless, accomodating the safe distance measures implemented by the authorities. Just a feedback on the tv channels i.e. apple and netflix which did not really work as you need to pay to watch shows and that i needed to sign in to my account in netflix when i was there. Overall is a good stay. Love it

We wanted a staycation that was cozy, centralised and allowed us to do some light cooking (microwave/electric cooker) and i’m so glad we found this place! Overall a very pleasant stay, most of the things we needed were provided. The only issue was that the room’s ventilation/air circulation seems pretty bad. Moisture in the bathroom doesn’t seem to dry out as fast, it would take almost a whole day to dry. This caused the rest of the floor & even the walls in the rest of the room to be slightly damped. We’re not sure if it was coming from the bathroom or was it because it was raining. Either way, it was a little disgusting and it took awhile for the floors & walls to dry. Not sure if other rooms experienced the same thing or not but overall, a good experience for the location and price!

Cozy and comfortable, but get what you paid for
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even got a small care package midway through my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (expect hard beds in Asia). It came with a TV with Netflix. My particular room was an interior room so there was no window, which made it feel a bit claustraphobic. At night there was the odd sound of footsteps above me and I could hear voices from other rooms through the ventilation shaft. But the room had everything I needed, including fridge, iron / board, desk for working, Wi-Fi. The location is good - it is just opposite the Chinatown food street with lots of restaurants or a Hawker center (outdoor food court).

All staffs are nice n effectively responded to the queries raised via email. Mary helped check in process, n Priscilla helped check out process, they both very nice n helpful. Although the room is small n maximum fit fr 2 pax to stay, but the cleaness was excellent! They provide brand fridge, oven etc... they keep everything in excellent condition n bright, including the wall and furnitures. Hope all guests will help to keep them clean in future. The room was exactly the same what we saw from picture via website, except the actual size it was a bit smaller. Very good location in Chinatown. They have a small space for gym, n another room for laundry. As a small hotel, you can find all basic facilities there. Recommended!

I was there for almost ten days, and the area is perfect as its centrally located. All the shops, restaurants, MRT, bus, etc. are very near. The apartment is clean; however, I suggest people take the rooms with Window. The guest relation Manager Mary is very helpful and always there if you need anything. She helped me to shift, and she is the go-to person for anything. Mary is excellent and very helpful. Big Thank you to Mary:)

Such a great experience by staying at the HA in South Bridge Road branch. I would highly recommend my Guest Relations Manager May who is very supportive and warm-hearted. She also gave me the little gift which impressed me a lot. The housekeeping staff is also very friendly and nice.

Incredible apartment with a service like Ritz Hote
This apartment is INCREDIBLY AWESOME. For the price you can imagine that you will stay in a hostel, but once you enter is probably like a Marriot, but the service of Mary and Jarwin is beyond amazing. Really not even in expensive hotels like Ritz they have this service. Really definitely I'll stay here again.

Best service and location
We were extremely satisfied with our choice where to spend our time in Singapore. Excellent service! Mary was so helpful. We needed prints of our next flights and she arranged everything. She was very considerate and offered help whenever we needed. Location is fantastic. Close to the MRT. 20 min walk to Marina Bay. We were skeptical if there was noise from the street, but that was never a problem. Great price! I would highly recommend it.

Great stay
I stayed here for 2 weeks. Must say that the room looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The place has all the facilities you might need for the stay. Kitchenette, phone with unlimited calling, washer and dryer, small gym...Also, a big thanks to Mary. She was extremely helpful in the check in process. Helped me get an early check in as well. She was available on Watsapp for all my queries. I will definitely rebook the place for my next visit.

What a pleasant surprise!!!
Not because this is a budget hotel, but because of the sheer quality of service and the facility, I have had the most pleasant stay so far in Singapore. (I am a frequent visitor and have stayed most of the serviced residences in Singapore.) My special thanks go to Mary and Min, who made all this even more exceptional stay. Superb location is just an extra. China Town and Telok Ayer MRT are both within a pleasant walking distance. Right in the heart of many useful places and just vicinity of the central business district. What more can you ask for? I definitely recommend this Heritage hotel.

チャイナタウン圏内にあるので、チャイナタウンの店には徒歩圏内で大変便利でした。MRT Chinatown 駅にも徒歩数分で、バス停、タクシー乗り場も目の前なので、交通の便も大変よいです。 アパートメントタイプなので、フロントや常駐スタッフは無く、客室のみとなっています。 チェックイン時にはスタッフと事前に連絡して、現地で合流して手続きをする必要があります。 今回チェックインした際に、既にチェックイン時刻にはなっていましたが、部屋の準備（掃除）が遅れているということで、部屋に入れるのは1時間程度遅くなりました。このような場合、荷物をフロントで預かってもらうようなことはできないので、大きな荷物を持っている場合は注意が必要と思います。 部屋はシングルの部屋はかなり狭い方で、ベッドの周辺に通路がある程度なので、スーツケースを開けたりするには、ベッドの上を使わないと窮屈だと思います。 ベッドの長さも身長 180㎝弱だと足を伸ばすと少し当たるくらいで、窮屈とは言わないまでも、充分に広々とは言えません。ただベッド自体の寝心地は良い方でした。 また予約前には分かりづらかったですが、窓が無い部屋が多いです。（建物の中で窓があるのは1部屋のみのようです） そのため、空調とは別に除湿器があり24時間運転させるような状況ですが、そもそもシンガポールは湿度も高いので、部屋の湿度は常に 70～80％程度となります。 ただ、部屋は新しいようで清潔でした。 設備はかなり充実しており、部屋の中にミニキッチン（電子レンジ、電磁調理器、トースター、電気ポットなど調理器具）、廊下には無料の洗濯機（洗剤付き）、乾燥機があり便利でした。 浴室はシャワーブースのみでバスタブは無い構造でしたが、シャワーブースにシャワーカーテンのみでドアが無く、床の段差も小さいため、水が洗面、トイレの方へ流れて、床が濡れてしまいます。 私の場合は、近くの Chinatown Point のダイソーで窓拭き用のワイパーを買ってきて、床の水を拭いていました。 なお、部屋の床との間には段差があるので、部屋まで水が流れることは無いと思います。
