We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel. We are returning Park Royal guests, and are delighted with the makeover. The room was fresh and very comfortable, all the staff were as helpful and charming as ever. We will certainly be back, this will always be our home in Singapore. Thank you everyone at Novotel!

The drainage pipe below the sink was leaking hence dirty the bath towel placed below the sink. Otherwise overall stay was good.
