저는 이 호텔의 프라이빗한 느낌이 좋았어요. 제대로 쉬는 느낌이었고, 뷰가 아름다웠었어요. 조식은 매일 조금씩 메뉴가 바뀌었고 전반적으로 청소 상태도 매우 양호했습니다. 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

Fabulous room, we loved the pool area and breakfast was lovely with many choices. We can’t wait to return to the hotel and stay again. Disappointed we couldn’t get our loyalty recognised as we booked through Wotif and not with hotel directly but we got a great deal so can’t complain.

From the moment we arrived, The Fullerton Bay Hotel made us feel like honored guests. Our room was beautifully spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a private balcony offering an unobstructed view of Marina Bay. Waking up to that view each morning was a highlight of our trip. The service was truly exceptional. When we checked in, to our delight, a beautiful chocolate cake was waiting for us in honor of my birthday celebration, surrounded by rose petals and accompanied by a handwritten card welcoming us to our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made the night even more special. Every member of the staff we met was attentive and gracious. The breakfast buffet was incredible, an elegant and generous spread that made every morning feel like a celebration. Afterward, we enjoyed a few morning swims in the rooftop pool, which we had all to ourselves. It was the perfect way to start the day. We also spent time exploring Marina Bay Sands, and it felt like yet another mega Las Vegas style resort. It simply cannot match the personal, detail oriented care that this hotel delivers so naturally. We will absolutely be back and next time we hope to bring our family along. Great job, team!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. It is such a beautiful hotel and the location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views across Marina Bay and easy access to so many of Singapore’s main attractions. The hotel itself feels very elegant and luxurious without being overly formal. Our room was beautifully presented, extremely comfortable and had fantastic views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. The service was also outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff we dealt with was warm, professional and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very special. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the rooftop pool and the views across the city particularly in the evening when Marina Bay is lit up. It is such a lovely place to relax after a day exploring Singapore. The location, service and overall quality of the hotel were exceptional and it really added to our time in Singapore. We would absolutely stay at The Fullerton Bay again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's service and truly appreciate your assistance. However, there were a few issues with the room facilities. In room 519, the toilet didn't flush properly, and in room 515, the bathtub drain stopper wasn't working properly, which made it inconvenient to use. I hope these facilities can be improved for future guests. Thank you again for your excellent service.
