It’s an average hotel in a poor neighborhood. Shower didn’t have a stall.

The place is close to everything, 2 train stations 18 mins away. But the rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

The room was weirdly small without any ventilation. The washroom doors were opaque and kinda visible to everyone outside so super weird setup for a family room. Room service was terrible. Was asked to come down repeatedly to get towels or bedsheets myself.

Our room (with window) was really small but clean and in good condition, and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is half way between downtown and the airport so a good option if you’re stopping over in Singapore. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and and also a 7 Eleven (very) conveniently located next door. Overall it was good value for money and we’d stay again.
