There was never any communication between the on going and off going shift so although we had reservations no one between the shifts and changes knew we were waiting ..."

"Great location near the botanical Gardens, small hike to Orchard Rd. Connected to Tanglin Mall which is useful. Rooms on the small size but functional. Pool look good didn't use it. Have stayed multiple times and will stay again"
