"Clean rooms but they put those terrible air fresheners in the rooms which were overpowering - had to put it out on the balcony. No heating, had to wear a coat to eat in the restaurant. Had to time the water heater in amongst the power cuts. So overall expensive for what it was."

The toilet flush was overflowing at times. I slipped and fell in the shower because the bathroom floor is made to be slippery. On top of that, they charged us exorbitant prices for any food we bought there; way above the Darjeeling average."
