"They lied about free parking. There is no free parking here. Also, the hotel is upstairs with a lot of stairs. There is no lifts or accessibility for disabled people or family. This is not a family friendly hotel. If you have a lot of bags or heavy bags, prepare to sweat, carrying them up a lot of stairs."

"Great balcony for sitting and drinking before going out. Staff is pretty quick to reply via WhatsApp. Aircon works very well!!! Great location - everything very close to the hotel, there's a coffee place right downstairs. Improvement for the room - it needs bigger safe"

"Not sure where to start. On arriving at the property. It was difficult to find our room key as the details were not sent to me. We had to make 3 calls before we were sent the code . When we got into the apartment. The room itself was a good size but very dirty. The bed side table looked like it hadnt been cleaned with coffee stains and spillages. The bed sheet had a shoe mark on it which meant someone was clearly standing on the bed with shoes on. The shared kitchen was big and living room...
