"Ich konnte es nicht fassen so ekelhaft waren die Toiletten die duschen. So alt die Böden alles kaputt. Man konnte bis 3 Uhr nachts nicht schlafen. Ich verstehe nicht warum dieses Hotel 8 von 10 Punkte hatte. Habe darauf vertraut und gebucht. Nie wieder komme ich hierhin! Es hat gestunken man konnte mit offenen Fenstern nicht schlafen wegen dem Lärm. Es war eine Zumutung! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel keinem! Zahlt lieber etwas mehr und genießt euren Urlaub."
"I did book this hotel through Expedia for my aunt and her daughter for 4 days as soon as they arrived they contacted me and said the air quality , lights quality is poor they said the room is not clean as a result they left the hotel as soon as they checked in , the photos posted on line is not what exactly to expect . Also tried to communicate with manager of hotel he kept the money and didn’t refund . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL."
"This so-called “hotel” is a complete scam. They contacted me after I booked, asking me to cancel the reservation myself because of major construction, flooding, and full closure of the facility. They promised a refund “as soon as they received the cancellation.”
It’s been over a week, and I’ve received nothing, no refund, no response, and no proof that the place even exists. I’m now stuck in a long, frustrating process trying to get my money back through legal and bank channels.
