"What a gem of a hotel, truly 5 stars! Staff was so friendly, helpful, and gave exceptional service. Air conditioning was amazing, beds comfortable, breakfast included, and loved the in room refrigerator that was stocked with drinks, especially on such hot days. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Located on the heart of Crema, very safe, we enjoyed the bike rentals the hotel arranged for us. Best stay ever!"

Stanza purtroppo a causa degli scarichi puzzava, mentre le vasche idromassaggio non avendo mai manutenzione praticamente nell'utilizzo esce molto sporco dagli ugelli. Peccato perche avrebbe del potenziale. Del resto comodo l’accesso in camera. Capisco che sia anche motel ma non è giustificabile la trascuratezza della struttura. "We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. The only other thing is the walk to public transportation, the busses seemed unreliable and the walk to the train station is about 16 minutes, however you...

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."
