"Amazingly beautiful hotel, absolutely loved it. Hotel staff are wonderful, breakfast and patio bar are amazing. Only downfall is you have to park quite a ways away and roll your luggage a long way there through broken cobblestone. Otherwise this experience is quite amazing."

"We chose this hotel based on location and onsite parking availability. It was a great choice. The staff were amazing and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal, best I think I’ve ever seen at a location such as this. We were even offered a complimentary glass of wine in the lounge in the evening. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Óbidos overnight."

"The property is within the walled city of obidos so everything is well catered for with being a tourist area,the lady on the reception was very helpful and friendly.The property itself being in this traditional area is obviously old but unfortunately the interior is in need of some maintenance and upgrading.Sorry also to say the breakfast offering was quite poor."

"Check in er vikelig bøvlet fordi, hotellet ikke opgiver adressen på det sted hvor man skal tjekke ind. De har 3 hoteller og har samlet alt check in oppe bagerst i byen ved til højre for den kirke der nu er blevet til en boghandel. Hvis blot de skrev det ville alt være fint. Vi brugte mindst en halv time med at lede hvilket er bøvlet når man har al sin baggage i hånden. De er søge nok. Da vi til sidst ringede, kom der 2 mand og hentede og nede i byen og viste vej til check in"

"No coffee pods or soap/shampoo provided for shower. Having those would have made a huge difference in our stay. The pool was nice and they had towels. We were able to walk into town which was nice. The view of castle was terrific. Very quiet and peaceful."

"The place was paradise for golfers (we are not), beautiful view peaceful and awesome rooms with great beds, but too big of a walk to everything "inside the resort" for our taste. We use the car to go to their restaurant and again to the club house for breakfast in the morning. Also, it was advertised in Expedia as "bathroom with bidet", it did not have one and that was one of the reasons we've booked it. Also, do not consider this place if you want to be walking distance to anything, it's about...
