"The check in is absolutely ridiculous. You submit all Your personal information ( and every other guests too) and wait for a criminal background check then have to sign up for multiple apps throughout the process. Finally the door code is sent only 30 mins before arrival. Worse than applying for a bank account and insurance combined . House was nice ."

"Great location. Cleaning needs improvements. Unfortunately this wasn't very clean. The unit smelled of urine when i entered, the bathroom window had been left open. The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "
