"I want to thank all the personnel, for the upgrade of my room, the help here and there, the fact that I had to stay one more night and the personal let me stay in my upgraded room! REALLY APPRECIATED!
the only thing really I would add in the room is a cupboard... but otherwise, I don't know how small and so forth are the economical room because I got an upgrade... and really it's really appricated... but throughout all the hotels in the area... this is BY FAR, the best!"

"We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out."

"The hotel is in a good location to the central station. Other then that, its average. The ac was broken in the hotel they said but we never saw anyone fixing it and I asked the next day and they said they didn’t know about the air. The rooms are small not for three people. The water got everywhere in the shower and the tv never kept the connection. We missed the World Cup and were lucky to get 1 channel the 2 days. I wouldn’t recommend."
