"COLD shower, you can get more towels if you wait another 30 minutes, they tried to put us on the 4th floor amidst renovations (all lights hanging off the walls unattached and plaster dust everywhere), moldy walls, moldy AC units, just plain GROSS!!! Pick another place to stay."

"We booked for the pool and hot tub so our little one could swim and have a good time. Didn’t know until we arrived that the pool and hot tub were open but not heated at the current time. Would have been nice to know in the facility description "

"Our room was very clean and spacious. Our only issue was the mini fridge was very very small and had no freezer for the food we brought. But it is a beautiful hotel, we used the hot tub and the indoor pool, which were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Air conditioning is governed, can't change temp and it runs fan in WINTER, unacceptible. There were fruit flies in the food at breakfast. Dryer in laundry room did not accept payment so wasnt able to dry my clothes, had to let them air dry in my room, twice. Called to have the company fix the dryer, said they'd fix in 24 hours, 3 days later still not fixed."

"Absolutely disgusting room The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs "

"Staff at front desk was so sweet. Clean hotel, beautiful spacious lobby area. Room was more beautiful than expected. Loved pool and extra hot salt water jacuzzi was my favorite!!! Also the 12pm checkout is an added plus "

"Dirty room… the old, poorly installed clothing shelf/rack broke and fell off the wall 3:45am while our family was asleep. Blood stains on a pillow case… The staff (Don) was excellent though. The rooms need some renovation & new furnishings."

"First floor rooms arent great. But 3rd floor rock! The pool was ok, quite slippery for some reason and back area dropped off to 4ft+ with no warning or known depth."
