"This place was incredible! I stayed in the Artist #4 suite and can not recommend this place highly enough! I had a great view of their beautiful garden. The room was huge! It was clean, comfortable, and the artwork was cool. The food was delicious and the owner made you feel welcome and right at home. We will absolutely be returning to stay here again, hopefully for more than just the one night this time!"

"Toilet was very iffy. I tried to call the hotel after we got home and could never get through to a human. I was charged for fees and never emailed a receipt. Please give me the number to the hotel (reaching a human who works there, please) so I can ask about my CC and my charges. Thank you! Staff was friendly and helpful in person; just wish I could speak to one of them now. "

"Grand Hyatt will be my go to any time I return to Denver. Everything was done right. From the staff to the amenities to the comfort of the bed to to gym (and tennis court) to the buffet to the location to the price. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Thanks"

"The best was the highlight for me (haha). It was so comfortable. It really just rocked me to sleep. The room was big and loved the old school feel. I also loved the area, plenty of food and drink options. The bar in the hotel is apparently a hot spot and known for their drinks. Although the drinks were different and fancy I didn’t really enjoy anything I tried. "

"Service was mediocre. Check in is at 4pm however my room was not ready till 5pm. I was placed in a room that I didn’t book. The bathroom smelled like sewer! Also parts of the parking garage and walking to the elevators smelled like sewer. Some of the lights didn’t work in my room. The valet was okay. You can find a better hotel for the pricing."

"Loved the hotel! Parking in the area was horrible and the valet was 70 a night and I was told to just call for my car and it would be there in 10 minutes when I needed. I had an early flight and called for my car 20 minutes early to be sure and go to get it and there was no valet in sight and had to go to the desk and they had to call people so I ended up rushing for my flight so that was not great"

"The room was so cute and cozy. The layout reminded me of Japan which was very pleasant for us. The bathroom was my favorite with cozy dimmable lighting and the shower was so comfortable. I especially enjoyed the view from our window. The pillows were fluffy and the staff even brought me an extra one after bringing me feminine hygiene products. The bar and the view were incredible with the view of the capital building and the city. We also really enjoyed the food from the first floor restaurant....

"We will stay again. It is conveniently located, comfortable, and the hospitality was marvelous. We were lucky enough to park in the driveway of the carriage house. Street parking may be challenging. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and tasty."

"I got a studio that was nice and clean. Bedroom, bath, living room, kitchenette. Coffee maker, complimentary water. Across from Union Station, very convenient. It has washer and drier (no detergente) which was convenient."

"Loved this hotel! So cute, conveniently located and NO PARKING FEE, which is rare downtown. Loved the aesthetics, loved the bathroom mirror for doing my makeup and the kind bed was super comfy. The only possible downside was that the rooms are soundproof. I could easily hear conversations from people in the room next to me and in the hallway. Still good value for your money."
