Hotel murah di Slaterville Springs

"We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

"We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!"

"Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up"

"Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay"

"The room was clean. The sink in the kitchenette was plugged and the microwave buttons didnt work. Our room faced the pool so you would smell strong chlorine smell. Its was ok for us not staying long."

"Basically it's a "get what you pay for" and less! In dire need of updating. Non smoking room with cigarette burn holes in the bedding. No continental breakfast available, no one even at the desk in the a.m. to inquire about coffee. Homeless people going through the dumpster, only 2 cars in the parking lot. Slept with the chair in front of my door because I didn't feel too safe!"

"Staff were not friendly and checking in was awful. Waited over 10 minutes. She was rude to me as well as other guests. Yelling on phone as well. Not friendly. Check out with another staff was better. At least she was kind. Didn’t seem like she was happy to be working, but was nice."

"The room was very cute, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They tended to our needs and engaged in fun conversations with us. "

"It is a motel, so it was very convenient because you park right outside your room. It was very clean. I think they allowed pets because when we checked in, they asked if we had one. I would stay here again. "

"On the plus side, the bathroom had a shower stall, and there was a large TV with cable channels in the room. On the other hand, our room had no chair of any kind and only one nightstand. Everything was unclean, with crumbs on the nightstand and floor. It was a big disappointment, because the hotel definitely has got a potential. "
