"The room is clean, the hallway has a lot of dirt, but it is pet friendly. Has a simple continental breakfast and coffee and water available all day! It is definitely worth the price. "

"Kitchenette room was great, room had places to sit beside the bed, lobby was nice and welcoming. Gym space was great. Laundry room was a bonus. Good location, centrally located to Delaware beaches and towns. Next time will request a room far from the elevator, only noise we heard throughout the night."

"This is our go to place to stay everytime we are in Rehoboth. This was a last minute one night stay. As always staff was super kind and helpful. Room was clean. They were doing a ton of remodeling and updating can't wait to see it all when its done. Perfect location."

"This did the job for a sports tournament the wknd i stayed. Staff was visible and maintained the property well."

"The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful regarding best restaurants to try, and we were also surprised that there was a gym that we could have gone to across the street (if we had had more time), and a heated pool inside the hotel. Maybe next time. We had the King suite, which was clean and very spacious for the 2 of us, including 2 large televisions, and the bed was comfortable. Would have preferred more than just coffee and tea available for breakfast, but we knew ahead of time that that was all they had, and there are so many different restaurants to eat that it didn't matter that much, although in the off season you are more limited. The cleaning staff was friendly, and overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel."
