"They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other...

"The hotel is renovating rooms, so there is some visible construction material, but we stayed in one of the updated rooms and it looked and was AMAZING! Totally worth the money By all the main shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the traffic. We go to alliance at least twice a year and will stay here from now on."

"The exterior of the building was not well-maintained; it was crumbling in parts of the facade, the lawn wasn't mowed, and there were gaps in the sidewalks around the parking lot. The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was a bit bare bones."

"Everyone is friendly and helpful whenever we had questions its very peaceful and quiet i def recommend this place. The AC works very well keeps nice and cold considering how hot its been."
