"The hotel is not luxurious, but the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. I liked the location. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe. They had a good variety for breakfast, including a breakfast sandwich with egg. I don’t do well with just sugary choices. I appreciated that very much. I would definitely stay here again. "

We appreciated the amenities, including the tea/coffee bar in the lobby, the swimming pool, and the plentiful free parking. This facility is only 5 minutes to downtown Walla Walla and so is extremely convenient. "

"We were looking for a location close to Walla Walla and state parks (Palouse Falls). Dayton is a nice little city and Hardware Hotel is a great place to stay. Hotel was recently renovated with style. Rooms are large with high ceilings, well-equipped (good bedding and bathroom) and we loved the atmosphere. We received room# and access code in advance. No staff onsite but you still reach out if needed (phone or bar next to the lobby during hours)"
