"Where do I begin, first off the property is awesome, peaceful and beautiful. BUT we got there and the heaters (3) did not work, it was a very cold sleep. "I can’t say enough about Jennifer(I think) she was on at 7pm when we checked in. She was so amazing, doing it all by herself, out sweeping the mat at like 10pm, she was making cookies and answering phones and just on top of everything. The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and breakfast was great. Gym is decent and tho no waterslide, the pool is 24 hour. Outdoor fireplaces… great stay"
