"The staff was amazing! We had an extremely long travel day and they were so warm and welcoming. We upgraded to a beautiful, huge suite with a great view. The couch was actually comfortable, which is probably a first in my experience lol. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, featuring 2 showers, the bar fridge was so efficient. Breakfast was good, for buffet style serving. We booked through a third party, but when staff learned we are Marriot members, they treated us like we had booked directly through them. This is our third Marriot stay in three months and we are so grateful we became members! "

"I gave mostly 4 stars in every rating, the staff would’ve gotten 5 stars but the black woman at the front desk was quite rude and ignorant to my friend and another person in the lobby so we left and I was going to cancel my reservations but I thought maybe I should get her name and make a complaint first. However, I’m assuming her shift was over because when I went back there was a different person at the desk by the name of Paul, and his courtesy, manners and exceptional customer service skills made my day and changed my mind about staying. The other review that I gave 1 or 2 stars for was becasue the place was under going reservations in the front foyer. Also, I wasn’t informed about the pool not being able to be used until after I checked into the hotel and I feel these issues should be made aware on any/every website that they are selling rooms through. "
