"We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room. Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."

"The perfect place to stay for a short break. Within easy reach of Dubrovnik, yet away from the crowds. It's a short, but easy bus ride into the town - take a 1a or 1b bus from almost outside the hotel direct to Dubrovnik Old Town. The views are beautiful and eating breakfast on the verandah on the waterfront is delighful. The rooms are clean and comfortable - the only complaint from my husband was that although tea and a kettle were provided there wasn't any coffee. It was readily available...

"It had almost everything you’d want (only lacking a microwave and espresso machine). Very convenient to ship and bus ports, and local bus stop to the Pile Gate. Very clean and very nice staff."

"Fantastic location right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. We were greeted by a friendly and super helpful reception desk, who even got our bags delivered to our 3rd floor room. Rooms are small and simple, but you don't spend much time there with fabulous Dubrovnik right outside your door. If I had a gripe, the air conditioning was not sufficient to keep up on a warm June day, and it was quite warm in the room the entire stay."

"Anamaria was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to communicate and helped with setting up airport transfers for me and then another one the next day for my sister. The room is in a great location in the old city and nearby restaurants, bus stops, easy access to all the sites. I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Dubrovnik! A++++"
