The rooms were always clean, toilet, shower & hot water was always available. Refrigerator & microwave in room was a plus. Oh my God the staff was superb, friendly. Professional & above all kind. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I'm ever in Snellville or Lawrenceville again.

The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking . Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .. present around the property.
