"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. First, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made my skin itch all night, which made it impossible to sleep properly. On top of that, I had to try four different times just to access my room because the key card kept failing.
The location also felt unsafe, especially at night, and there was constant noise everywhere. Even though I reserved a room on the 15th floor, I could still hear loud noises throughout the night.
Another major issue was parking. There was no free parking available, only valet parking, and the prices they charge are unreasonable and extremely expensive.
Overall, the stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and not worth the money."
