"My wife and I stayed at the Icicle Village Resort Jul 21-23, 2026 in Leavenworth. We loved the fact that the resort is at the end of town, closest to Hwy 2 which made for a nice walk from the resort to town. The property was clean as was our room. The housekeeping staff were kind and attentive as were the front desk and the staff in the restaurant. What we didn't care for was the location of our room when we requested a quiet location, but were given a room closest to the banquet room on the first floor, next to a shared bathroom for guests for the hotel, banquet room, or anyone just walking by as this area is very close to the room. It is also the same floor dedicated to patrons with dogs, small children, families with teenagers or a combination of all, and the door leading out to the pool, which tended to be noisy late at night. We are retired, but late night noisy guests, coming and going to the pool, makes for disappointing rest. Breakfast was at the onsite restaurant, and was decent enough with the buffet style they serve. The variety of the offerings changes daily, but offered enough choices to make it different during our stay. We didn't partake in the resort amenities like bikes, pool or play mini golf, but it is close enough to town to enjoy a quick walk or catch a ride share to check out the shops of Leavenworth. We would stay again, but probably forgo staying on the first floor; unless of course, we adopt a dog before the next visit!"

"The room was clean. The staff were wonderful. The air conditioning was more than adequate. We loved the warm pool and the spa was perfect. Our room had the spa bathtub, and it was perfect. Thank you for the mini golf option that was fun."

"What a great gem of Leavenworth! While I haven't stayed here in a few years, the new ownership did a wonderful job with upgrading the decor and grounds. Great Staff, very helpful and informative, very clean rooms, and comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was nice and filling, loved the coffee cake! Nice that the property is a little walk from downtown, away from the noise. Waterfront trails are literally right out the back door, always great scenery. Will be back again for sure!"

"One of the bests on the route. Hotel is very clean, spacious, serves good enough breakfast. The staff were both nice and professional, especially Antonio was very helpful with all the info and help he provided, even guided us for a better spot to park the motorbikes, that was quite welcoming."
